Condominiums & mixed-use condominiums & office properties & commercial spaces
Condominium ownership is the real right granted to the co-owner of a property or an ownership partnership to exclusively use and dispose of an independent apartment, another independent room or a parking space.
The apartment owner is always a co-owner of a property, so he/she also has an ideal share in the entire property. In contrast to the "simple co-owner", the apartment owner has, with his/her co-ownership share in the property, the inseparable right to the exclusive use of a specific apartment on this property. This right is entered in the land register ( registration ).
Forestry - Manors

Gutshof literally refers to the farm buildings of a larger agricultural holding, which is itself referred to as an estate (i.e. the cattle stables, grain and hay stores, barns, tractor stands, possibly servants' quarters, workshop, smithy, mill, farm dairy, etc.).
rental & community & multi-family houses
In the original sense, rental properties are apartment buildings with several residential units that were built before 1945, are rented out on a long-term basis and thus generate a monthly rent. They are usually owned by a person, family or company.
In art history, a town house is often the representative home of a city dweller. The term is only used for historical houses in a dense, usually old-town environment and can thus be distinguished from a villa .
More recently, the term has also been used for public event buildings run by the city, which are also called community centers or town halls.
Multi-unit buildings are properties that were generally built after 1945 and are owned as condominiums in accordance with the Condominium Act (WEG).
